Sensual Moves

Sensual Moves is a blend of beautiful body movements inspired by ancient forms of dance.
It's intended to bring out to the external world the spontaneity and creativity we have within! The moves are fluid and lyrical like in Belly Dancing, ecstatic and staccato like in African Dances as well as Hindi from Hindi dances.
Movement will mimic the four elements of nature; fire, water, wind and earth, and fully spirited to evoke the "Goddess" within. The participant will experience grace, power and sensuality while dancing to the beat of Afro-Hindi-Middle-Eastern music.
Hip-drops, creative foot patterns, arms motion and a variety of body isolations are combined to create a sequence of movements which purpose is also to increase body and spatial awareness. To emphasize body and kinesthetic awareness, a veil will be utilized through out the session making it fun, more challenging and visually powerful!
Although this session is tapping into what it is the feminine energy, Sensual Moves is for everybody who wants to experience freedom of movement!.
Paso A Paso (Step By Step)

This is a hot workout! Instructors looking for new combinations and ideas for their own classes and workout fanatics in search of a high-energy release will love this class. Creative choreography, new patterns, contagious Latin music and personal expression are all part of what makes this class work. Get loose and let the beat control the moment as well as your hips! Diviertete-enjoy.
Throb (Hip-Hop)

Participants will explore the concepts of space, time and energy through choreographic interpretations of Hip Hop and Funk style. Read the pulse of the music, experience the possibilities of movement and allow for the discovery and expression of individual style.
   

Cardio-Chi

Cardio-Chi is a multi-discipline workout that combines shadow boxing, an arsenal of kicks from the martial arts, and the revitalizing power of Tai-Chi. Chi or vital energy, flow through all of us and must be released through movements and spiritual awareness. Calming and relaxing Tai-Chi movements balance the class by helping participants develop a sense of their physical, mental and emotional needs. The thought behind Cardio-Chi is to approach movement from a bio-mechanical and spiritual point of view. It is a non-contact workout where participants achieve unity and harmony of body, mind and spirit.
